Fantastic quality coconut milk powder I’ve bought this same product several times now and it’s been consistently good quality. It seems like good value as you just use what you need instead of opening a whole can at a time. It’s very versatile, tasty and creamy. Excellent in three ways I've been testing out different coconut milk powders for the last three years as an alternative to soya and other milk products. I like the versatility that a powder offers (I can take it with me on trips) and its shelf life is great too.Island Source's exceeds many other brands (including the more expensive, well-known ones) in in three ways:- A higher % coconut content compared to others which means I'm getting a more pure product without necessary bulking- The product itself is really dry and powdery compared to others which have higher water content and tends to clump together. Nice Taste but Contains Maltodextrin I can’t fault the flavour or versatility of this product. Unfortunately I overlooked the complete ingredients list, which is clearly stated. 10% Rice maltodextrin. Full of hard plastic like pieces Not good, taste was weak compared to other coconut milk powder brands I have bought. This seemed like a good deal and other reviews were positive so I thought I'd take a punt on this over my regular brand. Not only is it weak tasting but it has a lot of gritty plastic granules in it, no return available. Appalling. ZERO STARS WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
